Description
TIMBER
We use spruce or pine wood with PEFC certification.
All the wood we use comes from sustainably managed forests.
SURFACE
We apply a layer (120 gr/m2) of melamine resin, which protects the board from the action of the concrete; thus increasing its durability. The wood that forms the surface of the board is positioned to minimise cracks in the wood.
GLUING
Bonding with low emission melamine glue under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, according to requirement SWP/3 for external use, from standard EN 13353.
MARKING
All boards are identified by a unique code, which ensures the product’s traceability.
BENDING RESISTANCE
Thickness: 27 mm/21 mm
5th percentile = 22 N/mm2
(According to standard Ö-Norm B3023)
ELASTICITY MODULE
Thickness: 27 mm/21 mm
Medium Value = 10.000 N/mm2
(According to standard Ö-Norm B3023)
